Every project starts with a written quote listing exactly what is included. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins — no surprise invoices.
Legal
Terms & Conditions
Straightforward terms for working together, maintained by BluePeak Web Agency. A project-specific agreement is always issued alongside your quote.
Payments
Projects are typically invoiced 50% to begin and 50% on approval before launch. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Timelines
We commit to dated milestones and expect timely feedback and content in return. Delays in either direction are communicated immediately with a revised schedule.
Ownership
On final payment you own your domain, design, content and code in full. We keep the right to feature the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of design revisions and a snag list before launch. Further changes are welcome and quoted at our standard rate.
Third-party services
Hosting, booking tools, payment providers and analytics are governed by their own terms. We configure them carefully but are not liable for their outages.
Results
We apply proven conversion and SEO practices and share honest reporting, but no agency can guarantee specific rankings or revenue figures. Anyone who does is guessing.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
